The 2024–25 Saudi Second Division League was the fourth season of the Saudi Second Division League after its rebrand, and the 49th season since its establishment in 1976. Promotion play-offs

Both teams that finish second in Groups A and B will face each other in a two-legged match with the winner gaining promotion to the FD League. Al-Jeel, who finished second in Group A, faced Al-Anwar, who finished second in Group B. The first leg was played on 5 April and the second leg on 10 April. Al-Anwar defeated Al-Jeel 3–1 on penalties (after a 1–1 draw on aggregate) to secure promotion to the FD League. ;First leg ;Second leg
