In the fourth season, the school teams, which are Thanwit Al-Shoike ''()'', Al-Kalia Al-Saneia ''()'' and Al-Shorta ''()'', were excluded from participating in the league and witnessed the participation of three new clubs, namely Al-Salmiya, Al-Fahaheel and Al-Shabab.
