Şeref Eroğlu
Şeref Eroğlu (born 25 November 1975, in Kahramanmaraş) is a Turkish wrestler. He is the current president of the Turkish Wrestling Federation. Career He was born on November 25, 1975, in Dereköy, Kahramanmaraş. He started wrestling with karakucak and entered Sivas Pamukpınar Wrestling Training Center in 1988. In 1990, he wore the national swimsuit for the first time in Hungary and became the Stars Greco-Roman World Champion. He completed his secondary and high school education at Sivas Pamukpınar Teacher's High School, his high school education at Gazi University Physical Education and Sports School, his master's degree at Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University, and he is currently continuing his doctorate education in Sports Management at Hitit University Faculty of Sports Sciences. Kahramanmaraş
Marash (Armenian: Մարաշ), officially Kahramanmaraş () and historically Germanicea (Greek: Γερμανίκεια), is a city in the Mediterranean Region of Turkey and the administrative center of Kahramanmaraş Province. Before 1973, Kahramanmaraş was officially named Maraş, and later, it attained the prefix "kahraman" (meaning "hero" in Turkish) to commemorate Battle of Marash. World Military Championships
The World Military Championships (WMC) are the world championships of the military sports, regularly organized by the Conseil International du Sport Militaire, in each of the 26 disciplines of the sport military. History CISM had its roots in World War II. Eighty-two free world nations competed in about 24 different sports. The United States participates in 12 of those sports. Athletes who have done well at the interservice championships, national and international level are invited into a CISM training camp, which operates much like military training camps. Mediterranean Games
The Mediterranean Games is a multi-sport event organised by the International Committee of Mediterranean Games (CIJM). It is held every four years among athletes from countries bordering the Mediterranean Sea in Africa, Asia and Europe. Wrestling World Cup is an international wrestling competition among teams representing member nations of the United World Wrestling (UWW) the sport's global governing body. The cups have been conducted by FILA (the UWW predecessor) every year since the 1973 tournament. The World Cup began as a dual-meet competition for the top teams on each continent, but now features the top teams in the rankings of the previous year's world championships.
