Zürich West (German: ''Zürich-West'') is an area in the Industriequartier, located in the west of Zürich. Industriequartier (Zürich)
Industriequartier is a district in the Swiss city of Zurich. Geography The district comprises the quarters Gewerbeschule and Escher Wyss. Together with today's District 4, the district formed the formerly separate municipality of Aussersihl, which was incorporated into Zürich in 1893. Limmat
The Limmat is a river in Switzerland. The river commences at the outfall of Lake Zurich, in the southern part of the city of Zurich. From Zurich it flows in a northwesterly direction, continuing a further 35 km until it reaches the river Aare. The confluence is located north of the small town of Brugg, Aargau, Brugg and shortly after the mouth of the Reuss (river), Reuss. The main towns along the Limmat Valley downstream of Zurich are Dietikon, Wettingen, and Baden, Switzerland, Baden. Prime Tower (Zürich)
The Prime Tower, also named "Maag-Tower" in an earlier stage of planning, is a skyscraper in Zürich, Switzerland, used mainly as office space. At a height of , it was the tallest building in Switzerland from 2011 until 2015, when the Roche Tower in Basel (standing at ) was completed. The building is located near the Hardbrücke railway station in Zürich West of the ''Industriequartier''. The tower replaced an industrial facility.
