List Of Hungarian Films 1901–1947
This is a list collecting the most notable films produced in Hungary and in the Hungarian language during 1901–1948. While the first years of the Hungarian cinema were in its infancy with mostly experimental films and short comedic sketches mostly conducted by enterprising hobbyists, by 1940 a large industry grew out of their footsteps, with famed film star idols and film studios. After World War II, a different kind of purpose found its way to movie making: full-length movies began to be used for political purposes. Zoltán Farkas (musician)
Ektomorf is a Hungarian heavy metal band. History Ektomorf was founded in 1993 in Mezőkovácsháza, Hungary, a small city near the Romanian border, by Zoltán "Zoli/Zotya" Farkas. In the actual lineup, Zoli/Zotya (songwriter and leader of the band) is the only remaining founder member. The band is completed by Ábris Hagya (lead guitar), Csaba Zahorán (bass) and Ákos Kobela (drums). Due to his Romani background, Farkas saw himself confronted with racism and prejudices, which is why the band had to put years of work into its international career. In September 2016, the band's single ''Az vagyok, aki voltam'' debuted on Rádió Rock 95.8. The band is planning to play a concert in Moscow, Russia on May 14, 2025.
