Zdenko Križić
Zdenko Ivan Križić (born 2 February 1953) is a Croatian Discalced Carmelite and prelate of the Catholic Church. He has been the Archbishop of Split-Makarska since September 2023. He was the bishop of Gospić-Senj from 2016 to 2023. Education Križić was born into a Bosnian Croat Roman Catholic family near Doboj in the Bosnia and was baptized to Ivan. After graduation of the secondary school of the Conventual Franciscans in Zagreb, he joined a mendicant order of the Discalced Carmelites. Afterwards, the novitiate, where he studied philosophy in Florence, Italy and theology in the Pontifical Institute of Spirituality Teresianum in Rome. Zdenko Kožul (born 21 May 1966) is a Croatian chess player. He holds the title of Grandmaster and was the 2006 European champion. Chess career Born in the north-western Bosnian town of Bihać (then Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia), Kožul was awarded the title of Grandmaster by FIDE in 1989. In 1989 and 1990, Kozul won consecutive Yugoslavian championships. Also in 1990, Kozul won the bronze medal playing for the Yugoslav team at the Chess Olympiad in Novi Sad. Zdenko Kolar ( sr-cyr, Зденко Колар) is a Serbian bass guitarist, most notable as the member of Idoli and Zona B. Biography Kolar was born in Zemun in 1956 where he lived until 1963 when he moved to inner town in Belgrade. He moved to a building where two of his future bandmates lived, Vlada Divljan and Boža Jovanović. In an interview Kolar noted that Divljan was the first boy he had met in his new neighborhood on the day his family was moving in. Zdenko Hibšer
Zdenko Hibšer (8 February 1950 - 25 July 2014) was a Croatian handball player and former coach. Career Hibšer entered the first team of Kvarner in 1967. He quickly entered Yugoslav First League with his team and was part of the golden generation of RK Kvarner. Hibšer played three matches for the Yugoslav national team in November of 1970 at the Carpat Cup in Romania. He scored six goals. After being suspended in 1976 by the disciplinary committee for missing a match against Partizan Bjelovar due to a work engagement he left Kvarner and joined RK Matulji. He played for Matulji for two seasons and later coached the side. In 1994 alongside Duško Milošević and Marko Kosanović, Hibšer coached Kvarner and gained promotion to the First B League. Death Zdenko Hibšer passed away on 25 July 2014 at the age of 64. He was buried at Kozala cemetery.
