is a special ward in Tokyo, Japan. The ward refers to itself as Suginami City in English. As of June 1, 2022, Suginami has an estimated population of 588,354 and a population density of 17,274 persons per km2. The total area is 34.06 km2. Biography At 18, she studied to art college, where she met Peter. She obtained a degree in Advertising Copywriting and she worked as a copywriter. She married with Peter, they had a daughter, Rebecca, and a son Paul, when they moved to Wales. They returned to Shropshire, England, where they had other child Andrew. Joan Elliott Pickart (d. November 13, 2018) was an American writer of over 100 romance novels, who also wrote under the pen name Robin Elliott. Biography Pickart was one of three daughters of Robert G. Elliott, an Episcopal pastor in Detroit, Michigan and Douglas, Arizona. Emma Darcy is the pseudonym used by the Australian husband–wife writing team of Wendy Brennan (28 November 1940 – 12 December 2020) and Frank Brennan (1936 – 1995), they wrote in collaboration over 45 romance novels. In 1973, she became a launch author for the new Mills & Boon-Harlequin Enterprises, Harlequin Presents line of category romance novels.
