Ano Liosia
Ano Liosia () is a town and a former municipality in the northern part of the Athens agglomeration, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Fyli, of which it is the seat and a municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 38.447 km2. Geography Ano Liosia lies in the eastern part of West Attica, between the mountains Parnitha to its north and Aigaleo to its southwest. It is 3 km west of Acharnes, 3 km north of Kamatero, 4 km southeast of Fyli, 10 km east of Aspropyrgos and 11 km north of Athens city centre. Transportation The Ano Liosia railway station is served by Proastiakos trains to the Athens International Airport and to Kiato in the Peloponnese. Akratitos
A.P.O. Akratitos Ano Liosia () is a Greek football professional club from Ano Liosia, Athens, Greece. They currently play in the Alpha Division of the Football League championship, which is the third level of the Greek football pyramid. They maintain a quite strong academy of youngsters. History Akratitos spent their first years in relative obscurity, until they rose from the lower ranks to the top flight under the managership of Giannis Pathiakakis, who died on the pitch during a training session in 2002. The stadium was subsequently named after him. Akratitos spent 3 consecutive seasons (2001-02 until 2003–04) in the Alpha Ethniki before being relegated in 2004 after losing a relegation match against Ergotelis which took place in Makedonikos Stadium, Thessaloniki. Giannis Pathiakakis
Giannis Pathiakakis (; 15 June 1953 – 8 February 2002) was a Greek professional footballer who played as a midfielder and a later manager. After his death the stadium of Akratitos was named Yiannis Pathiakakis Stadium in his honour. Club career Pathiakakis started his football career in Apollon Athens, where he played from 1971 to 1977. He then played for one year in PAOK and in 1978 he was transferred to Nea Smyrni, in Panionios. In the three years he played in Panionios he was particularly productive. He was a key contributor to the progress of the Nea Smyrni club to winning the Greek Cup in 1979. He scored in both matches against Aris in the quarter-finals, as well as against Olympiacos in the semi-finals. In the final he scored the second of his team's three goals in a 3–1 win over AEK Athens.
