Yahoo! Livetext
Yahoo! Livetext was an audio-free video messaging app built by Yahoo for the iPhone and Android. Launched in July 2015, Livetext represented Yahoo's attempt to compete in mobile messaging with apps like Snapchat, Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp. Livetext never gained significant traction and shut down eight months later in March 2016. The App Store is an app store platform, developed and maintained by Apple Inc., for mobile apps on its iOS and iPadOS operating systems. The store allows users to browse and download approved apps developed within Apple's iOS Software Development Kit. Apps can be downloaded on the iPhone, iPod Touch, or the iPad, and some can be transferred to the Apple Watch smartwatch or 4th-generation or newer Apple TVs as extensions of iPhone apps. Ephemeral
Ephemerality (from the Greek word , meaning 'lasting only one day') is the concept of things being transitory, existing only briefly. Yahoo! Games was a section of the Yahoo! website, launched on March 31, 1998, in which Yahoo! users could play games either with other users or by themselves. The majority of Yahoo! Games was closed down on March 31, 2014 and the balance was closed on February 9, 2016.
