Xawery Tadeusz Stańczyk is a Polish poet, sociologist and essayist. Life Xawery Stańczyk was born in 1985 in Poland. His debut poetry book ''Skarb piratów'' (''Pirate Treasure'') was nominated to Nike Award. The reviews of his work have been published in Newsweek, Dwutygodnik and Art Papier amongst others. His main fields of interest are popular music, social movements, youth culture, and public spaces in socialist and post-socialist Eastern Europe. Xawery Czernicki
Rear Admiral Xawery Stanisław Czernicki (1882–1940) was a Polish engineer, military commander and one of the highest-ranking officers of the Polish Navy. Considered one of the founders of Polish Navy's logistical services, he was murdered by the Soviet NKVD during the Katyn massacre. Xawery Dunikowski
Xawery Dunikowski (; 24 December 1875 – 26 January 1964) was a Polish sculptor and artist, notable for surviving Auschwitz concentration camp, and best known for his Neo-Romantic sculptures and Auschwitz-inspired art. Biography Dunikowski was born in Kraków, a city he had an affinity for and would also use as the basis for a collection of art. When he was twelve his family moved to Warsaw, and after finishing his education in a technical school he studied sculpture under Boleslaw Syrewicz and Leon Wasilkowski. At twenty one, Dunikowski moved back to Kraków to study sculpture at the School of Fine Arts under Konstanty Laszczka, admirer of Auguste Rodin, and under Alfred Daun. Xawery Wolski
Xawery Wolski (born 1960 in Warsaw, Poland) is a Polish artist. Biography Wolski's work is predominantly sculpture. Some of the projects he has undertaken in Mexico include; the sculpture "Infinity Chains" at the entrance of the Rufino Tamayo Museum, the series of works created for the Four Seasons Hotel in Punta Mita, and the ''Stelae'' arranged at Álvaro Obregón (at the exit of Metro Zapata) in Mexico City. Wolski created this work in collaboration with street children from the area with the help of the French Ministry of External Relations. Xawery Żuławski (born 22 December 1971 in Warsaw) is a Polish film director. In 1995 he graduated National Film School in Łódź. He is the son of actress Małgorzata Braunek and director Andrzej Żuławski. ORP Kontradmirał Xawery Czernicki
ORP ''Kontradmirał Xawery Czernicki'' is a mine countermeasure forces command vessel of the Polish Navy. The ship's design was based on a hull of the 130 class degaussing station planned by the Construction Bureau of the Refurbishing Shipyard in Gdańsk. The hull was ordered by the Russian Navy, but the contract was halted and it was decided to complete the ship for the Polish Navy. She was named after Rear Admiral (Polish: ''kontradmirał'') Xawery Czernicki. The name is often written in a short form ''Kontradmirał X. Czernicki'', even on the vessel's boards. The ship was built at the Northern Shipyard in Gdańsk and is the biggest to have been built for the Polish Navy in a Polish shipyard.
