Xidian, Zhejiang
Xidian () is a town in Ninghai County in eastern Zhejiang province, China, abutting Xiangshan Harbour () to the east and about north of the county seat. It borders Fenghua to the north, Meilin Subdistrict () to the south, and Shenquan () to the west. , it had one residential community (社区) and 11 villages under its administration. In January 2010, Xidian was designated a satellite town of Ningbo, rendering it some county-level economic and social administrative rights, though it is ''de jure'' a town, one level below the county. Economy Xidian's industrial output primarily consists of household electronics, educational materials, automotive spare parts, and in 2001, the town was the No. 1 producer of flashlights at the township-level. Transport G15 Shenyang–Haikou Expressway has an exit, also designated as the northern exit for Ninghai County, in the town. The Ningbo–Taizhou–Wenzhou Railway also passes through the vicinity. G15 Shenyang–Haikou Expressway
The Shenyang–Haikou Expressway (), designated as G15 and commonly referred to as the Shenhai Expressway () is an expressway in China that connects the cities of Shenyang, Liaoning, and Haikou, Hainan. When fully complete, it will be in length. One of its oldest portions is the Shenyang–Dalian Expressway, or Shenda Expressway () is a expressway that connects Shenyang and Dalian, the two largest cities of China's Liaoning province. The expressway is complete for the majority of its length except for two major water crossings that have yet to be built. A fixed link across the Bohai Sea is required to join the first missing link from Dalian to Yantai. The construction of a tunnel was announced in February 2011. Ninghai County () is a county under the administration of Ningbo, in the east of Zhejiang province, People's Republic of China. It covers a land area of and a sea area of and has a coastline. It has four sub-districts, 11 towns, three townships and a population of 682,000. Natural Geography Ninghai is located in the eastern part of Zhejiang and on the southern flank of the Yangtze Delta. It is part of the Shanghai Economic Development Region.
