World
In its most general sense, the term "world" refers to the totality of entities, to the whole of reality or to everything that is. The nature of the world has been conceptualized differently in different fields. Some conceptions see the world as unique while others talk of a "plurality of worlds". Some treat the world as #Monism and pluralism, one simple object while others analyze the world as a complex made up of many parts. Worldwide (rapper)
Michael Parker (born March 2, 1986), better known by the stage name Worldwide, is an independent rapper, emcee, music producer & hip hop artist from San Antonio, Texas. In February 2012 he participated in a Red Bull sponsored tour of Texas featuring up-and-coming artists from the state such as Dallas duo A.Dd+ and fellow Central Texan rapper Kydd Jones. Worldwide opened for the Official XXL Freshmen Showcase for SXSW 2012, the StubHub Live Showcase with Big K.R.I.T. for SXSW 2013, was a performing artist for A3C 2012 & 2013 in Atlanta, Georgia and also performed at the Boiler Room Houston RapLife Showcase. He toured nationally alongside Rittz & the LOEGz in 2012, then toured nationally with Doughbeezy & Killa Kyleon in 2013. In 2014, Worldwide performed at the inaugural Weird City Hip-Hop Festival in Austin and coheadlined with Houston rap legends such as E.S.G. and K-Rino at the Optimo Radio Official SXSW Showcase. Pitbull (rapper)
Armando Christian Pérez (born January 15, 1981), known professionally by his stage name Pitbull, is an American rapper and businessman. He began his career in the early 2000s, recording reggaeton, Latin hip hop, and crunk music under a multitude of labels. In 2004, he released his debut album '' M.I.A.M.I.'' under TVT Records and the executive production of Lil Jon. Pitbull later released his second album, ''El Mariel'', in 2006 and his third, ''The Boatlift'', in 2007. His fourth album, '' Rebelution'' (2009), included his breakthrough hit single "I Know You Want Me (Calle Ocho)", which peaked at number two on the US ''Billboard'' Hot 100 and number four on the UK Singles Chart. ''Worldwide'' is the seventh full-length album released by Audio Adrenaline in 2003. The album won 2004 Grammy Award for Best Rock Gospel Album. Critical reception The album was well received by critics. Steve Losey, of AllMusic AllMusic (previously known as All Music Guide and AMG) is an American online music database. It catalogs more than three million album entries and 30 million tracks, as well as information on musicians and bands. Initiated in 1991, the databas ..., gave the album 4 stars out of 5 while praising both Mark Stuart's vocals and Tyler Burkum's playing. John DiBiase, of Jesus Freak Hideout, gave the album 3.5 stars out of 5, writing that the album "offers some of the most memorable moments for the band". ''Worldwide'' is the sixth album by Everything but the Girl, released on 1 October 1991. "Old Friends", "Twin Cities" and "Talk to Me Like the Sea" were released as singles but didn't impact the charts. The album itself debuted at its peak at No. 29 in the UK but quickly dropped the chart. Thus, it became the least successful EBTG release, both critically and commercially. In 2012, Edsel Records reissued ''Worldwide'' as a two-disc set which gathered other EPs released around the time (1992's ''Covers'' and 1993's ''The Only Living Boy in New York'' and ''I Didn't Know I Was Looking for Love'') plus b-sides, demos and live recordings from 1990-1994. ''BTR'' is the debut studio album by pop boy band Big Time Rush. Released on October 11, 2010, the track listing for the album was announced on September 1, 2010. The album was preceded by the release of several singles from the TV show soundtrack. On December 3, 2009, the band released their eponymous song as the album's promotional single. The first single, "Til I Forget About You", was released on September 21, 2010. On October 11, 2010, "Boyfriend", which features vocals from rapper Snoop Dogg, was the second official single from the album and has become the band's biggest hit to date, charting on the ''Billboard'' Hot 100 as well as reaching the Top 40 of the Pop Songs music chart in the US. BW Group is a maritime company involved in shipping, floating gas infrastructure and deep-water oil & gas production. Nuffield Press
Nuffield Press was a publisher and printer formed by William Morris (later Lord Nuffield) as part of his Nuffield Organization in 1925. It was formed to primarily produce promotional literature for the motor vehicle manufacturing divisions of the organization, and later expanded to printing of all types including owner's manuals, technical manuals, magazines, diaries, and posters. Formation William Morris had established his Morris Motors automobile company, and had already expanded into a group of marques by encouraging Cecil Kimber to market modified Morris cars under the MG brand. Cosmopolitanism is the idea that all human beings are members of a single community. Its adherents are known as cosmopolitan or cosmopolite. Cosmopolitanism is both prescriptive and aspirational, believing humans can and should be " world citizens" in a "universal community". The idea encompasses different dimensions and avenues of community, such as promoting universal moral standards, establishing global political structures, or developing a platform for mutual cultural expression and tolerance. For example, Kwame Anthony Appiah articulates a cosmopolitan community where individuals from varying locations (physical, economic, etc.) enter relationships of mutual respect despite their differing beliefs (religious, political, etc.).
