World War 3 (1995) was the inaugural World War 3 professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by World Championship Wrestling (WCW). The event took place on November 26, 1995, from the Norfolk Scope in Norfolk, Virginia. Seven matches were contested at the event. The main event was the first-ever 60-Man World War 3 battle royal for the vacant WCW World Heavyweight Championship after the previous champion The Giant was stripped of the title due to his controversial title win over Hulk Hogan at Halloween Havoc. Randy Savage was declared the winner of the World War 3 after eliminating One Man Gang. Marc Mero (born July 9, 1960) is an American former amateur boxer and professional wrestler, as well as a motivational speaker. He is best known for his appearances with the World Wrestling Federation (WWF, now WWE) under his real name and with World Championship Wrestling (WCW) and NWA Total Nonstop Action (NWA TNA) under the ring name Johnny B. Badd. Today, Marc Mero contributes much of his time to the nonprofit organization he founded in 2007, Champion of Choices. Mero was heavily pushed as a mid-carder as "Johnny B. The WCW World Television Championship was a professional wrestling television championship owned by the now-defunct World Championship Wrestling (WCW) promotion. The title was created in 1974 by Mid-Atlantic Championship Wrestling (MACW) as a secondary title. Initially known as the Mid-Atlantic Television Championship, as Mid-Atlantic (later known as Jim Crockett Promotions) grew, the title became known as the NWA World Television Championship and in 1991 as the WCW World TV Championship. (born October 22, 1969, as ), better known by her ring name , is a retired Japanese professional wrestler who mostly wrestled for JWP Joshi Puroresu. In 1990 she was featured in an all female wrestling game based on her titled '' Cutie Suzuki no Ringside Angel''. Outside of wrestling she also took on numerous acting roles. (born October 28, 1968) is a Japanese professional wrestler. She is currently working for Oz Academy. Career Ozaki debuted in a tag team match in August, 1986. In her career, she held the WWWA tag titles with Dynamite Kansai from April 11, 1993 to December 6, 1993 (both winning from and losing to Manami Toyota and Toshiyo Yamada of All Japan Women's Pro-Wrestling, selected for "Wrestling Observer Newsletter's Match of the Year for 1993".
