Wendy Tokuda
Wendy Tokuda is an American television journalist. Biography Tokuda was a reporter and anchor for KING-TV in Seattle, Washington from 1974 to 1977, then went on to KPIX in San Francisco as reporter and co-anchor for the station's evening newscasts with Dave McElhatton for 14 years. In 1991, Tokuda joined KNBC in Los Angeles as reporter and weekend anchor alongside Bill Lagattuta, then with Rick Chambers. The following year, she moved to weekdays at 5 p.m. and 11 p.m. alongside Paul Moyer, who had rejoined KNBC after 13 years at KABC-TV. However, after a few months. Tokuda left both newscasts and was reassigned to the 6 p.m. news with Jess Marlow. KING-TV
KING-TV (channel 5) is a television station in Seattle, Washington, United States, affiliated with NBC. It is owned by Tegna Inc. alongside Everett-licensed independent station KONG (channel 16). Both stations share studios at the Home Plate Center in the SoDo district of Seattle, while KING-TV's transmitter is located in the city's Queen Anne neighborhood. However, master control and some internal operations are based at the studios of sister station and fellow NBC affiliate WCNC-TV in Charlotte, North Carolina. KPIX-TV (channel 5) is a television station licensed to San Francisco, California, United States, serving as the San Francisco Bay Area's CBS network outlet. It is owned and operated by the network's CBS News and Stations division alongside CW affiliate KBCW (channel 44), also licensed to San Francisco. Both stations share studios at Broadway and Battery Street, just north of San Francisco's Financial District, while KPIX's transmitter is located atop Sutro Tower. David William McElhatton (December 8, 1928 – August 23, 2010) was an evening news anchor for several decades in San Francisco, California, in the United States. He was in the first class of inductees to the Bay Area Hall of Fame. He retired in 2000. Paul Moyer (born June 13, 1941) is an American journalist. Jess Marlow
Myron Jess Marlow (November 29, 1929 – August 3, 2014) was an American journalist. He was best known for his work on television in Los Angeles, California, where he spent the bulk of his career. Early career Marlow began his television career in 1958 at WHBF-TV in Rock Island, Illinois. He then moved to San Jose, California, where he joined KNTV as a reporter. He would later become an anchor at that station, as well as its news director. Among the stories Marlow covered at KNTV was the beginning of Ronald Reagan's first campaign for Governor of California. Work in Los Angeles NBC News hired Marlow in 1966 and sent him to KNBC in Los Angeles.
