Waldsolms is a municipality located in the Lahn-Dill-Kreis in Hesse, Germany. Geography Location Waldsolms lies in the Hochtaunus Nature Park between Wetzlar and Usingen. Neighbouring communities Waldsolms is bordered on the north by the town of Braunfels and the community of Schöffengrund (both in the Lahn-Dill-Kreis), on the east by the community of Langgöns (Gießen district), on the southeast by the town of Butzbach (Wetteraukreis), on the south by the community of Grävenwiesbach (Hochtaunuskreis) and on the west by the community of Weilmünster (Limburg-Weilburg). Taunusbahn (Hochtaunus)
The Taunus Railway in the ''High Taunus'' (German: ''Taunusbahn (Hochtaunus)'') is a railway route between Frankfurt (Main) Hauptbahnhof and Brandoberndorf via Bad Homburg, Usingen and Grävenwiesbach. It was operated from 1993 to 1995 by the ''Frankfurter Verkehrsverbund'' (Frankfurt transport association, FVV) as the ''T-Bahn'' and subsequently by the Rhein-Main-Verkehrsverbund (Rhine-Main transport association, RMV) as line 15 (RB 15). It is listed in table 637 of the Deutsche Bahn timetable. The Friedrichsdorf–Brandoberndorf line, which has the infrastructure number of 9374, forms part of the old Friedrichsdorf–Wetzlar line, which was known as the ''Taunusbahn''. Lahn-Dill-Kreis
Lahn-Dill is a ''Kreis'' (district) in the west of Hesse, Germany. Neighboring districts are Siegen-Wittgenstein, Marburg-Biedenkopf, Gießen, Wetteraukreis, Hochtaunuskreis, Limburg-Weilburg, Westerwaldkreis. History The southern district belonged to the Princes of Solms-Braunfels and the Free Imperial City of Wetzlar. The latter had to give up its imperial freedom in 1803 as a result of the Imperial Deputation, then as the county of Wetzlar, in favor of the newly created Grand Duchy of Frankfurt of the prince primate (in the old empire Reichserzkanzler) Karl Theodor von Dalberg. Weilmünster is a municipality in Limburg-Weilburg district in Hesse, Germany. Geography Weilmünster is among the most richly wooded places in Limburg-Weilburg. Laudun-l'Ardoise (; oc, Laudun) is a commune in the Gard department in Occitanie (southern France). The commune name was ''Laudun'' until February 1, 2001.
