WRVO Public Media is a non-profit public radio network in Oswego, New York licensed to the State University of New York at Oswego, operating from studios in the Penfield Library on the SUNY Oswego campus. Oswego is a town in Oswego County, in the U.S. state of New York. The population was 7,984 at the 2010 census. The Town of Oswego is immediately west of the City of Oswego, with which it has a common border. The town is in the western part of Oswego County. The State University of New York at Oswego is in the northeast part of the town, next to the City of Oswego. History The town was first settled ''circa'' 1797. The Town of Oswego was established in 1818 from the Town of Hannibal and is on the western border of the county. Part of the town was annexed by the Town of Granby in 1836. Fenner is a town in Madison County, New York, United States. The population was 1,726 at the 2010 census. The Town of Fenner is in the north-central part of the county. The town is east of Cazenovia Lake. History The area was settled around 1795. The town was formed in 1823 from Cazenovia and Smithfield. Fenner was named for Governor Fenner, of Rhode Island. ''Morning Edition'' is an American radio news program produced and distributed by NPR. It airs weekday mornings (Monday through Friday) and runs for two hours, and many stations repeat one or both hours. The show feeds live from 5:00 to 9:00 AM ET, with feeds and updates as required until noon. The show premiered on November 5, 1979; its weekend counterpart is ''Weekend Edition''. ''Morning Edition'' and ''All Things Considered'' are among the highest rated public radio shows. The show was hosted by Bob Edwards from its inception until it was retooled for a two-anchor format in 2004 with the introduction of Steve Inskeep and Renée Montagne. Cortland, New York
Cortland is a city and the county seat of Cortland County, New York. Known as the Crown City, Cortland is in New York's Southern Tier region. As of the 2020 census it had a population of 17,556.
