Woodbridge College
Woodbridge College is a secondary school in Vaughan, Ontario, Vaughan, Ontario, Canada. It is located in the Woodbridge, Ontario, Woodbridge district, from where it gets its name; and opened its doors in 1958 as Woodbridge High School when Woodbridge was still an independent village, and remained a public secondary school until 1991, when it became an alternative school, changing its name to Woodbridge College, with students in grades 7-Ontario Academic Credit, OAC. In 2000, Woodbridge College's alternative school status ended and it returned to being a public secondary school with grades 9 to 12. The school's name as "Woodbridge College" remains unchanged to present day. The school's current enrolment is approximately 523 students. During the 2015 to 2016 school year, Fraser Institute ranked the school at 279 out of 740 in Ontario. Woodbridge High School, Woodford Green
Woodford Green is an area of Woodford in East London, England, within the London Borough of Redbridge. It adjoins Buckhurst Hill to the north, Woodford Bridge to the east, South Woodford to the south, and Chingford to the west. Epping Forest runs through Woodford Green in the west of the area, north-east of Charing Cross. It was a hamlet in the ancient parish of Woodford, in the historic county of Essex, becoming an urban district in 1894. For administrative purposes, this merged with the Wanstead Urban District to form the Wanstead and Woodford Urban District in 1934. In 1965, the urban district became part of the London Borough of Redbridge. Toponymy The locality takes its name from the ''Green'', an area of open common land—a part of Epping Forest—beside which the area first developed. Woodbridge High School (Irvine, California)
Woodbridge High School (WHS) is a public high school located in Irvine, California, United States, serving grades 9–12. Woodbridge is in the Irvine Unified School District. Founded in 1980, it has an approximate enrollment of 2,400 students. The school is located in the neighborhood of the same name. Greg Cops was the founding principal and retired in 2002. The current administrative staff as of 2020 includes principal Christopher Krebs and assistant principals Carlene McCurry, Angela Pimentel, and Linzi Gorzycki. Woodbridge has had many improvements and renovations. A recent example is the new Aquatic Center which contains a 50 meter by 25 yard swimming pool, portable bleachers, restroom facilities and locker rooms. A new theater and a new synthetic track and turf field has also been constructed as of May 2021. Woodbridge High School (Bridgeville, Delaware)
Woodbridge High School is a public high school in unincorporated Sussex County, Delaware, with a Greenwood postal address. It is part of the Woodbridge School District. School structure As of the 2019-2020 school year, enrollment was 727 students and there were 75 faculty members. The students go by the name of the "Blue Raiders". The school colors are blue, gray, and white. Communities served by the district include the majority of Bridgeville and all of Greenwood in Sussex County and all of Farmington in Kent County. History The school was formerly in the Bridgeville city limits. The district spent $52.5 million to build the current building, which opened in 2014. Facility The current facility has of space and a capacity of 700 students. It has an 800-seat auditorium and a 1,100+-seat gymnasium.
