Western United FC
Western United Football Club is an Australian professional Association football, soccer club. The club is based in the western Melbourne suburb of Tarneit, Victoria, Tarneit, the club aims to represent western Victoria, incorporating the western suburbs (Melbourne), western suburbs of Melbourne; the regional cities of Ballarat, and Geelong; and regional and country towns in western Victoria. The club was first established as part of an expansion process in the country's premier soccer competition, the A-League. It began playing in the 2019–20 A-League season, under Professional sports league organization#Systems around the world, licence from Football Australia (FA). On 12 May 2022 it announced the establishment of an A-League Women team. York Park
York Park is a sports ground in the Inveresk and York Park Precinct, Launceston, Australia. Holding 21,000 people, York Park is known commercially as University of Tasmania (UTAS) Stadium and was formerly known as Aurora Stadium under a previous naming rights agreement signed with Aurora Energy in 2004. Primarily used for Australian rules football, its record attendance of 20,971 was set in June 2006, when Hawthorn Football Club played Richmond Football Club in an Australian Football League (AFL) match. The area was swampland before becoming Launceston's showgrounds in 1873. In the following decades the grounds were increasingly used for sports, including cricket, bowls and tennis. Joshua Robert Risdon (born 27 July 1992) is an Australian professional soccer player who plays as a right-back for Perth Glory in the A-League Men competition in Australia. Risdon has represented Australia on several occasions since debuting in 2015. Club career Risdon made his senior debut for Perth Glory on 28 November 2010, starting against the North Queensland Fury. Panagiotis Kone (, born 26 July 1987) is a Greek former professional Association football, footballer who played as an Midfielder#Attacking midfielder, attacking midfielder. John Paul Hutchinson (born 29 December 1979) is a football manager and former player who is the head coach of J2 League club Júbilo Iwata. He played as a central midfielder for Eastern Pride, Northern Spirit, Manly United, Chengdu Blades and Central Coast Mariners, for whom he served as captain. Giannis "Johnny" Anastasiadis (Greek: Γιάννης "Τζόνι" Αναστασιάδης; born 13 August 1968 in Melbourne, Australia) is a former Australian soccer player who spent the majority of his career playing for Greek club PAOK FC.
