World Education Services (WES) is a nonprofit organization that provides credential evaluations for international students and immigrants planning to study or work in the U.S. and Canada. Founded in 1974, it is based in New York City, New York, U.S. It also has operations in Toronto, Canada. WES evaluates more than 200,000 credentials per year; they auto-authenticate and define foreign education in U.S. or Canadian terms. WES reports that its credential evaluations are nonbinding advisory opinions. Wiltshire Emergency Services
Wiltshire Emergency Services was a collaboration in the 1990s and early 2000s of the emergency services in Wiltshire, England, namely Wiltshire Police, Great Western Ambulance Service and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service. The primary element of this collaboration was the joint control centre in Devizes, which is now operated by the Wiltshire Police only. The Women's Engineering Society is a United Kingdom professional learned society and networking body for women engineers, scientists and technologists. It was the first professional body set up for women working in all areas of engineering, predating the Society of Women Engineers by around 30 years. Wes Madiko (15 January 1964 – 25 June 2021), better known Mononymous person, mononymously as Wes, was a Cameroonian musician. He is probably best known among Western audiences for his cover of "Upendi", from ''The Lion King II: Simba's Pride'', as well as work with Deep Forest and his own 1997 hit "Alane (song), Alane" produced by Michel Sanchez (musician), Michel Sanchez. He died on June 25, 2021, in Paris, France, due to a Hospital-acquired infection, nosocomial infection after a medical operation. Background Madiko was born in Mouataba, some hundred miles away from the city of Douala, Cameroon. From the age of two, his grandfather taught him about music and how to play the kalimba. Wesley "Wes" Correa Crup (born April 16, 1962) is an American-Puerto Rican professional basketball player who played sixteen years in the Puerto Rican Baloncesto Superior Nacional league, all of them with the Titanes de Morovis franchise.
