Wer Bist Du
''Wer bist du?'' ("Who are you?") is the first full-length album by German industrial metal band Megaherz. Following the limited edition release of their debut album, '' Herzwerk''. The album includes three songs from ''Herzwerk'': "Krone der Schöpfung" (originally a two-part song, here a single track), "Negativ", and "Hänschenklein 1995" (remade as "Hänschenklein Siebenundneunzig"). The first track, "Gott sein", is one of Megaherz's most famous, and considers the problems of being God, culminating in the refrain "Es ist nicht leicht ein Gott zu sein" ("It's not easy to be a god"). The penultimate track, "Hänschenklein Siebenundneunzig", is based on a German nursery rhyme Hänschen klein, in which Hänschen klein (which translates most closely as "Little Hans") leaves home, causing his mother great grief. Megaherz
Megaherz (German name meaning "Mega-heart", a pun on the homophone "Hertz, megahertz") is a German Neue Deutsche Härte band formed in Eichenau in 1993. Megaherz has gone through many changes in musical style since their founding. Their early works can be categorized as dark alternative metal, comparable to 1990s American bands such as Faith No More, whereas recent works are comparable to bands such as Oomph! and Rammstein. Their early albums all include at least one song based on a classic German fairy tale, including "Hänschen klein" ("Little Hans (name), Hans") on ''Herzwerk'', "Rapunzel" on ''Kopfschuss'', "Windkind" ("Wind Child") on ''Himmelfahrt (album), Himmelfahrt'', and "I.M Rumpelstiltskin, Rumpelstilzchen" on ''Herzwerk II''. (; "New German Hardness", sometimes abbreviated as NDH), also known as dance-metal, is a crossover style drawing from Neue Deutsche Welle, alternative metal, groove metal, electro-industrial and techno. It developed in Germany and Austria during the early-to-mid 1990s and early 2000s. Alluding to the style of Neue Deutsche Welle, the term was coined by the music press after the 1995 release of Rammstein's first studio album '' Herzeleid''. ZYX Music GmbH & Co. KG is a German record label founded in 1971 by Bernhard Mikulski. It is one of the most successful German record labels of the 1980s and 1990s. ''Kopfschuss'' (German for " Headshot") is the second full-length studio album by German industrial metal band Megaherz. It was released in July 1998 via ZYX Music. The album features a cover of a Falco song, " Rock Me Amadeus", and continued Megaherz's tradition of having one song per album based on a fairy tale with the track "Rappunzel", which alludes to the story of the same name. The track "Freiflug" re-uses lyrics from the song "Spring in die Schlucht" from the Herzwerk album. The opening track, "Liebestöter", brought the album most of its popularity abroad. The album was re-released in the US in 2005 as ''II'' (read as "Two" or "Zwei"), with the handgun removed from the album art. The resulting effect appears as if the clown is reaching for a fist bump. "" (Little Hans) by (1821–1882) is a German folk song that originated in the Biedermeier period (1815–1848) and later became a nursery song in the early 20th century. A drum solo is an Solo (music), instrumental solo played on a drum kit. A drum solo may be set or improvised, and of any length, up to being the main performance. Goldilocks And The Three Bears
"Goldilocks and the Three Bears" is a 19th-century English fairy tale of which three versions exist. The original version of the tale tells of an impudent old woman who enters the forest home of three anthropomorphic bachelor bears while they are away. She eats some of their porridge, sits down on one of their chairs, breaks it, and sleeps in one of their beds. When the bears return and discover her, she wakes up, jumps out of the window, and is never seen again.
