Vladimir Krikunov
Vladimir Vasilievich Krikunov (russian: Владимир Васильевич Крикунов, born March 24, 1950) is retired Soviet and Russian ice hockey player and former head coach of team Russia. He is currently a coach of the KHL club Dinamo Riga. As a player Krikunov played for Dinamo Riga and Krylya Sovetov Moscow. During his coaching career he coached Dynamo Moscow and Team Russia. He won Russian championships as a coach in 2004/2005 season, bronze medal at world championships and lead Russian team in 2006 winter olympics. Coaching career Vladimir Krikunov began as an assistant coach at HC Dinamo Minsk. Defenceman (ice Hockey)
Defence or defense (in American English) in ice hockey is a player position that is primarily responsible for preventing the opposing team from scoring. They are often referred to as defencemen, D, D-men or blueliners (the latter a reference to the blue line in ice hockey which represents the boundary of the offensive zone; defencemen generally position themselves along the line to keep the puck in the zone). They were once called cover-point. In regular play, two defencemen complement three forwards and a goaltender on the ice. Exceptions include overtime during the regular season and when a team is shorthanded (i.e. has been assessed a penalty), in which two defencemen are typically joined by only two forwards and a goaltender. Andrei Shayanov
Andrei Viktorovich Shayanov (russian: Андрей Викторович Шая́нов, born June 1, 1968) is a Kazakhstani-Russian professional ice hockey coach. He currently serves as assistant coach at Barys Astana of the Kontinental Hockey League. Shayanov was the head coach of the Kazakhstan men's national ice hockey team at the 2010 and 2012 IIHF World Championship. Coaching career Hockey School Andrei Shayanov had started his career in a hockey school "Torpedo" in Ust'-Kamenogorsk, Kazakhstan as a trainer-teacher in 1991. He had worked there until he moved to Russian hockey school "Metallurg" in Magnitogorsk in 1998, also as a trainer-teacher of juniors of 1986 year of born.
