Vitaliy Kafanov
Vitaly Vitalyevich Kafanov (russian: Виталий Витальевич Кафанов; tk, Witaliý Witalýewiç Kafanow; born 24 May 1960) is a Kazakhstani-Turkmenistani football coach and a former player. He is an assistant coach of FC Rostov and goalkeepers' coach with Russia national football team. Club career He would start his youth career in Turkmen SSR, nowadays Turkmenistan. He began his professional career with Kolkozchi Ashkhabad. He made his senior football debut in 1982 for this club. In the USSR championship, he also played for the Sokol Saratov, before spending one season with Uralmash Yekaterinburg in the Soviet First League. Kafanov has extensive experience in the championship of Kazakhstan for FC Kairat and FC Elimay. He is a three-time champion of Kazakhstan (1992, 1994, 1995) and a two-time winner of the Kazakhstan Cup (1992 and 1995). He retired at the Nisa Aşgabat in 1998. Ashgabat or Asgabat ( tk, Aşgabat, ; fa, عشقآباد, translit='Ešqābād, formerly named Poltoratsk ( rus, Полтора́цк, p=pəltɐˈratsk) between 1919 and 1927), is the capital and the largest city of Turkmenistan. 2008 Russian Premier League
The Russian Premier League 2008 was the 17th edition of the Russian Football Championship, and the seventh under the current Russian Premier League name. The season started on Friday, 14 March 2008 with a match between Terek and Krylia Sovetov in Grozny. Krylia Sovetov won 3–0. The first goal of the season was scored by Krylia Sovetov's forward Yevgeny Savin. Due to Russia's participation in UEFA Euro 2008, the season was interrupted from 16 May until 5 July. The champions were determined on the 27th matchday, 2 November 2008. The Russian Premier League (RPL; russian: Российская премьер-лига; РПЛ), also written as Russian Premier Liga, is the top division professional association football league in Russia. The 1992 Kazakhstan Top Division was the inaugural season of the Top Division, now called the Kazakhstan Premier League, the highest football league competition in Kazakhstan. League format Originally planned 25 teams in total. But withdrawal of Metallurg after couple of games and which results were annulled cut Group A one team fewer. It was split into two stages. In first stage two groups of 11 and 13 teams were formed. In second stage the best seven teams of each group joined together to play in a final group for positions 1 to 14. The Kazakhstan Professional Football League ( kk, Қазақстан Премьер Лигасы, ''Qazaqstan Premer Ligasy''), commonly referred to as Kazakh Premier League or simply Premier League, is the top division of football in Kazakhstan. Yuri Anatolyevich Krasnozhan (russian: Юрий Анатольевич Красножан; born 7 June 1963) is a Russian professional football coach and a former player. He is the manager of Russia women's national football team. Career Born in Nalchik, Krasnozhan became the head coach of his native club Spartak Nalchik in 2004. In 2005, he managed to promote the modest club to the Russian Premier League. In spite of insufficient financing, the team avoided relegation, and nearly reached the Europa League places finishing in the 6th position in 2010.
