The Visitor mountain stretches for 12 kilometres to the north-west of the Plav lake and reaches the altitude of at the Bandera or Plana summit. It is home to the eponymous lake ( cnr, Visitorsko jezero) ( above sea level, long, wide, deep). Dinaric Alps
The Dinaric Alps (), also Dinarides, are a mountain range in Southern and Southcentral Europe, separating the continental Balkan Peninsula from the Adriatic Sea. They stretch from Italy in the northwest through Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, and Kosovo to Albania in the southeast. Plav is the centre of Plav Municipality (population of 9,081 following the formation of Gusinje Municipality). A mountain is an elevated portion of the Earth's crust, generally with steep sides that show significant exposed bedrock.
