Vångavallen is a multi-purpose stadium in Trelleborg, Sweden. It is currently used mostly for Association football, football matches and is the home stadium of Trelleborgs FF. The stadium was opened on 5 June 1933. It has a capacity of 7,400 spectators, 3,000 of which is seated. Trelleborgs Fotbollsförening, more commonly known as Trelleborgs FF or simply Trelleborg, is a Swedish football club located in Trelleborg. Formed 6 December 1926, the club plays in Superettan, the second tier in the Swedish football league system, while the women's team play in Elitettan, the women's second division. Trelleborgs FF has participated 17 times in Allsvenskan and once in the UEFA Cup where the team eliminated Blackburn Rovers in the 1994–1995 season. Trelleborg has had a reputation for being a less fashionable provincial side, making the most of limited resources and a small fan base. Trelleborg () is a town in Skåne County, Sweden, with 43,359 inhabitants as of 31 December 2015. It is the southernmost town in Sweden located some west from the Smygehuk, southernmost point of Sweden and the Scandinavian Peninsula. It is one of the most important ferry towns in Scandinavia as well as around the Baltic Sea, and the main town of the Söderslätt agricultural areas.
