Gaddi Holguin Vasquez (born January 22, 1955) was the 8th United States Ambassador to the United Nations Agencies for Food and Agriculture, in Rome, Italy. He was nominated by President George W. Bush and unanimously confirmed by the United States Senate on June 29, 2006. Eric Vasquez (born November 18, 1982, in Miami, Florida) is an American soccer player, who last played as a midfielder for Miami FC. Vasquez played college soccer at the University of Central Florida from 2001 to 2003. He was twice named to the All Atlantic Sun First Team and in 2003 a Second Team All American.
