Vulture Street is a road in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. It connects the inner southern suburbs. Its eastern segment is known as Vulture Street East. Stanley Street is a major street in Brisbane, Queensland. It carries the designation state route 41 for the entirety of its length and state route 10 between the Vulture Street, Brisbane, Vulture Street and Annerley Road intersections. For the majority of its length the road is a one-way carriageway westbound. The route is a major connector between the Southern and Eastern suburbs and South Brisbane. The Cleveland railway line is a suburban railway line extending east-southeast from Brisbane, the state capital of Queensland, Australia. It is part of the Queensland Rail Citytrain network. History Following the opening of the Wooloongabba Branch railway line from Corinda to Stanley Street in South Brisbane in 1884, calls were made for extending the line to Cleveland to serve the developing farming area. The Beenleigh railway line is a suburban railway line extending 40.1 km from Boggo Road / Park Road to Beenleigh. It is part of the Queensland Rail Citytrain network. History Originally known as the Logan railway line, the line opened to Loganlea in April 1885 being the first section of the South Coast line which was opened beyond Beenleigh to Southport in 1889. The original city terminus of the line was Stanley St, South Brisbane until a dual track line was constructed from Dutton Park to South Brisbane opposite the Victoria Bridge opening in 1891.
