The VUE or The VUE Charlotte is a tall skyscraper in Charlotte, North Carolina. It was completed in 2010 and has 51 stories. A luxury apartment tower, the VUE is the tallest residential building in the state. The leasing center for The Vue is located at the corner of 5th Street and W. Pine. With 402 units, residences range from studios to penthouses. Some contain private balconies, gourmet kitchens, spa inspired bathrooms, and floor to ceiling glass. Vue (band)
Bellavista is an indie rock/shoegaze band from San Francisco, California. The current lineup includes guitarist/vocalist Rex John Shelverton, bassist Jeremy Bringetto, and drummer Cary LaScala. Shelverton is also known for being a co-founder of the band/duo Tamaryn. History Shelverton, Bringetto and Bajda were childhood friends who grew up around Half Moon Bay in Northern California. All three, along with Jonah Buffa, were originally members of the influential 1990s hardcore punk band Portraits of Past, who helped pioneer the sound that would later become known as screamo. Portraits of Past reformed in 2008, but quickly broke up again in 2009. KVUE (channel 24) is a television station in Austin, Texas, United States, affiliated with ABC and owned by Tegna Inc. The station's studios are located on Steck Avenue just east of Loop 1 in northwest Austin, and its transmitter is located on the West Austin Antenna Farm northwest of downtown. WVUE (channel 12) was a television station licensed to Wilmington, Delaware, United States, which operated from 1949 to 1958. For the last part of its history, it attempted to target the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, market. The station's studios were located in Wilmington. History WVUE first signed in March 1949 as WDEL-TV, owned by the Steinman family of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, along with WDEL radio ( AM 1150 and FM 93.7, now WSTW). It received a full license on June 30. It shared a studio and tower on Shipley Road in north Wilmington with its radio sisters.
