Vladimir Obradović (tennis)
Vladimir Obradović ( sr-cyr, Владимир Обрадовић; born 4 February 1981) is a Serbian tennis coach (sports), coach and former professional tennis player. Biography Obradović, a right-handed player with a one handed backhand, trained at Belgrade's Teniski Klub Partizan, Partizan Tennis Club. In 2002 he featured in a Davis Cup tie for Serbia Davis Cup team, Serbia and Montenegro, against South Africa Davis Cup team, South Africa on his home court in Belgrade. Serbia and Montenegro secured the tie in the first of the reverse singles, which gave Obradović an opportunity to play the final match, a dead rubber he lost to Justin Bower. He attended the University of Florida and played collegiate tennis before turning professional. On tour he featured at Futures and ATP Challenger Tour, Challenger level, as well as the qualifying draws of several ATP Tour tournaments. Izak van der Merwe (born 26 January 1984) is a retired South African tennis player. Van der Merwe had a career-high ATP singles ranking of 113 achieved on 1 August 2011. Van der Merwe represented South Africa at the Davis Cup. He says he tried to base his play on the former Wimbledon champion, Pete Sampras. Tennis career highlights 2005–2007: Career beginnings Van der Merwe turned pro in 2005 and ended the year with a singles ranking of 721.
