Vision With Values
Vision with Values (, ViVa) is a political party in Guatemala. History The party was established on 20 January 2007 by Harold Caballeros. It contested the 2011 Guatemalan general election, 2011 general elections in alliance with Encuentro por Guatemala, nominating nominated Caballeros as its presidential candidate; Suger finished fifth in a field of ten candidates with 6% of the vote. In the Congressional elections the parties won six of the 158 seats. After the alliance with Encuentro por Guatemala ended, the party contested the elections in 2015 Guatemalan general election, 2015 alone with Zury Ríos, the daughter of general and military dictator Efraín Ríos Montt, as its presidential candidate. Together with vice-presidential candidate Juan Luis Mirón, she received 6% of the vote. In the congressional elections the party received 4% of the vote and won five seats. Armando Castillo (politician)
Armando Damián Castillo Alvarado (born 27 September 1965) is a Guatemalan businessman and politician who has served as a deputy of the Congress of the Republic of Guatemala, Guatemalan Congress for the National List from 2020 to 2024 for the Vision with Values, Visión con Valores (VIVA) party, he is also Secretary General of the same political grouping since 2022. Biography Castillo was born in Santa Maria Nebaj, Nebaj, Quiché Department, Quiché department. Retalhuleu Department
Retalhuleu (, ''Retalhuléu'') is a department located in the south-west of Guatemala, extending from the mountains to the Pacific Ocean coast. It has an area of 1856 km2. In 2018, the population of the Department of Retalhuleu was 326,828. Its capital, Retalhuleu City, mixes ancient and modern architecture, and it is also known for being a commercial city. The largest Native American group in the state is the K'iche' (Quiché) Maya people. Shirley Joanna Rivera Zaldaña (born on 22 September 1971) is a Guatemalan politician who has been a member of the Congress of the Republic of Guatemala since 2020. Alejandro Eduardo Giammattei Falla (; born 9 March 1956) is a Guatemalan politician who was the 51st president of Guatemala from 2020 to 2024. He is a former director of the Guatemalan penitentiary system and participated in Guatemala's presidential elections in 2007, 2011, and 2015.
