Vili Saarijärvi
Vili Saarijärvi (born 15 May 1997) is a Finnish professional ice hockey defenceman for Genève-Servette HC of the National League (NL). He was drafted 73rd overall by the Detroit Red Wings in the 2015 NHL Entry Draft. Playing career During the 2014–15 USHL season, 2014–15 season, Saarijärvi recorded six goals and 17 assists in 57 games for the Green Bay Gamblers, leading the Gamblers' defenceman in scoring, and finishing tied for 20th in scoring among all United States Hockey League, USHL defenceman. His first career USHL goal was a game-winning overtime goal on 4 October 2014, against the Chicago Steel. Following an outstanding season, Saarijärvi was named to the 2014–15 USHL season#All Rookie Second Team, All-Rookie Second Team. The Flint Firebirds are a major junior ice hockey team based in Flint, Michigan. The team plays home games at the Dort Financial Center, and operates as a member of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL). Eric Comrie
Eric Comrie (born July 6, 1995) is a Canadian professional ice hockey goaltender for the Winnipeg Jets of the National Hockey League (NHL). He was selected by the Jets in the second round (59th overall) in the 2013 NHL entry draft. Playing career Amateur Comrie was born in Edmonton, Alberta but moved to Newport Beach, California with his family when he was nine. He played minor ice hockey with the LA Selects (now the LA Jr. Kings) in the Tier 1 Elite Hockey League. 2018–19 AHL Season
The 2018–19 AHL season was the 83rd season of the American Hockey League. The regular season began October 5, 2018, and ended April 15, 2019. The 2019 Calder Cup playoffs followed the conclusion of the regular season. This was the last year the Calder Cup was awarded until 2022. League changes The league expanded by adding the Colorado Eagles to the Pacific Division and moved the two Texas-based teams to the Central Division from the Pacific. The Cleveland Monsters were moved from the Central to the North Division. Similar to the California and Arizona teams in the Pacific Division, Colorado plays 68 games in the regular season. The ECHL (formerly the East Coast Hockey League) is a minor professional ice hockey league based in Shrewsbury, New Jersey, with teams across the United States and Canada.
