Victoria Eugenia Méndez Márquez (born 26 March 1961) is a Mexican politician affiliated with the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI). Morelia
Morelia (; from 1545 to 1828 known as Valladolid; Otomi language, Otomi: ) is a city and municipal seat of the municipalities of Mexico, municipality of Morelia in the north-central part of the state of Michoacán in central Mexico. It is both the most populous and most densely populated municipality in Michoacán. The city is in the Guayangareo Valley and is the capital and largest city of the state.
