Victoire Tomegah Dogbé
Victoire Sidémého Dzidudu Dogbé Tomegah (born 23 January 1959) is a Togolese politician who served as the 13th and final prime minister of Togo from 2020 to 2025, the first woman to hold the office. Previously, Tomegah Dogbé was the minister of Grassroots Development, Handicrafts, Youth and Youth Employment in the government of Komi Sélom Klassou and also the Cabinet Director of President Faure Gnassingbé. Career In 2008, while she was at the United Nations Development Programme office in Benin, the President of the Republic Faure Essozimna Gnassingbé and the Prime Minister Gilbert Houngbo asked Tomégah Dogbé to manage the portfolio of Minister Delegate to the Prime Minister in charge of development at the base which had just been created in Togo. He is the son of the third president, Gnassingbé Eyadéma.
