Fidesz–KDNP
Fidesz–KDNP Party Alliance (), formerly also known as the Alliance of Hungarian Solidarity (), is a right-wing national conservative political alliance of two political parties in Hungary, the Fidesz – Hungarian Civic Alliance (Fidesz) and the Christian Democratic People's Party (KDNP). The two parties jointly contested every national election since the 2006 parliamentary election. The Fidesz–KDNP party alliance has governed Hungary since 2010, altogether obtaining a supermajority in each of the 2010, 2014, 2018, and 2022 national elections. National Democratic Alliance (Hungary)
The National Democratic Alliance (; NDSZ) was a short-lived centre-left party in Hungary, founded and led by Zoltán Bíró and Imre Pozsgay, defectors from the Hungarian Democratic Forum (MDF) and the Hungarian Socialist Party (MSZP), respectively. Zoltán Gőgös
Zoltán Gőgös (born 9 May 1960) is a Hungarian agricultural engineer and Hungarian Socialist Party (MSZP) politician, member of the National Assembly (MP) between 2002 and 2018 (except for a short period of time in 2014). He served as Secretary of State for Agriculture and Rural Development from 2006 to 2010. Studies and profession Gőgös was born in Pápa on 9 May 1960. Gábor Ferenczi
Gábor Ferenczi (born 28 May 1977) is a Hungarian educator and politician, who has been the mayor of Devecser since 2014. Prior to that, he was a member of the National Assembly (MP) from 2010 to 2014. He was a politician of the far-right Jobbik, then Our Homeland Movement. 2006 Hungarian Local Elections
Local elections took place in Hungary on 1 October 2006 amidst a period of protests and demonstrations against the government of Prime Minister Ferenc Gyurcsány. In many cities, demonstrators urged people not to vote for the MSZP candidate at the elections, and Fidesz made heavy use of the fact that Gyurcsány had admitted lying in its campaign leaflets and phone calls.
