Vera Zimmermann
Vera Alice Santos Zimmermann (born March 30, 1964, in São Paulo) is a Brazilian actress and public figure known for her work in film, theater, and television. She gained prominence for her role in th1999 film ''Ela Perdoa'' Personal life Zimmermann was born to a German father and a Brazilian mother from Rio Grande do Sul. Career Zimmermann began her acting career in the early 1980s, performing in stage productions such as ''Eterno Retorno'' and ''Macunaíma'', and collaborating with notable figures including Nelson Rodrigues and Antunes Filho. In 2015, Zimmermann joined RecordTV, where she portrayed Princess Henutmire in the historical drama ''Os Dez Mandamentos''. Two years later, she appeared as Queen Neusta in the series ''O Rico e Lázaro''. Marisol (Brazilian TV Series)
''Marisol'' was a Brazilian primetime television series that aired on Sistema Brasileiro de Televisão, SBT, starring Bárbara Paz, Carla Fiorini, Adriana Ferreyr, Carlos Casagrande, and Glauce Graieb. It is based on the original Mexican telenovela by Inés Rodena. The series is a remake of the Mexican production of the same name and was adapted into Portuguese language, Portuguese by Henry Zambelli, with text supervision by Ecila Pedroso and direction by Antonino Seabra, Jacques Lagôa, Henrique Martins, and David Grimberg. ''Malhação'' (, ''Young Hearts'' in English) is a Brazilian soap-opera that aired on TV Globo from 4 March 1995 to 3 April 2020. The series is targeted at a teenage audience. Each season runs for about a year with cast members changing every season. History The soap opera began in 1995, and was initially set in a fictional Gym Club called ''Malhação'' on Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro. Through the years the setting varied each season. Although the name of the soap remained the same, it was set in the Múltipla Escolha () High School for nine seasons. In the twenty-second season, the location returned to be a gym, the ''Gael's Martial Arts Gym'', placed within the art school ''Ribalta''. The following season brought the high school setting back. ''Você Decide'' (''You Decide'' / ''It's Your Call'') was an interactive television program broadcast on the Brazilian TV network Rede Globo from 1992 to 2000. During each episode special cases were presented, and viewers would decide the ending through phone votes. Broadcast history ''Você Decide'' is the second longest-running series of Rede Globo, with nine seasons and 323 episodes. On March 11, 1999, the episode ''Mulher 2000'' had its finale shown only in the North and Northeast regions (along with portions of the Southeast and the Center-West regions) due to a blackout in Brazil and Paraguay in 1999 that greatly affected much of the country at the time of the show.
