Veiko-Vello Palm (born on 29 May 1971) is a retired Estonian Major General of the Estonian Defence Forces. He commanded the Estonian Division from 2023 until his retirement in 2024. Early life Veiko-Vello Palm was born on 29 May 1971. He attended the Tallinn 21st School, which he graduated in 1989. Military career Veiko-Vello Palm started his military career with the Estonian Defence Forces in 1992 as conscript in Kalev Infantry Battalion. Between 1992 and 1994 he studied at the Estonian Academy of Security Sciences. He received his bachelor's degree in 2001 from the National Defence University of Finland, and a master's degree in 2005 from the same university. Veiko Spolītis (born 5 September 1971) is a Latvian politician, representing the Unity party (). From 2014 until 2018, he served as an elected member of the Saeima. Biography Veiko Spolītis was born in Riga to a Latvian father and an Estonian mother. Spolītis has two native languages: Latvian and Estonian. He obtained a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Tartu in 1996. He went on to get a master's degree in European studies and international relations in 1997 at the Central European University of Budapest, and a master's degree in history in 2003 at the Graduate Institute of International Studies in Geneva. In 1998, he became a lecturer of European Studies at Riga Stradiņš University; a position he held until 2010. Veiko Belials (born 20 July 1966 in Tapa) is an Estonian writer, poet, and translator. In 1991, he graduated from the Estonian Academy of Agriculture, studying forestry. In 2003, he graduated from the University of Tartu, studying to be a teacher of technical disciplines. Since 2000, he has been a teacher at Luua Forestry School. Veiko Lember (born 29 November 1977) is an Estonian volleyball player. He was born in Kuressaare. In 2002 he graduated from the University of Tartu's Faculty of Social Sciences. He began his volleyball career in 1985, coached by his mother Marvi Lember. He has played in volleyball club Ösel Foods Tartu, Pärnu VK, Tallinna Audentes, and Tallinna Selver. 1998–2009 he was a member of Estonian national volleyball team. 2006-2016 he worked at Tallinn University of Technology. Veiko Õunpuu (born 16 March 1972, in Saaremaa) is an Estonian film director and screenwriter who is best known for his artistic movies ''Autumn Ball'' (''Sügisball'', 2007) and '' The Temptation of St. Tony'' (''Püha Tõnu kiusamine'', 2009).
