Vasilije Đerić
Vasilije Đerić ( sr-cyr, Василије Ђерић, 1867–1931) was a Serbian historian and ethnographer. He hailed from Lika (in modern Croatia). He was a professor of Old Greek language and literature in the University of Belgrade. He contributed to the Journal of the Ethnographic Museum, Belgrade, Ethnographic Museum in Belgrade. The Serbs ( sr-Cyr, Срби, Srbi, ) are a South Slavs, South Slavic ethnic group native to Southeastern Europe who share a common Serbian Cultural heritage, ancestry, Culture of Serbia, culture, History of Serbia, history, and Serbian language, language. They primarily live in Serbia, Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro as well as in North Macedonia, Slovenia, Germany and Austria.
