Vasilije Adžić
Vasilije Adžić (born 12 May 2006) is a Montenegrin professional footballer who currently plays as a midfielder for club Juventus and their affiliated club Juventus Next Gen, and the Montenegro national team. Club career Budućnost Adžić signed a scholarship contract with Budućnost Podgorica in April 2022. He made his debut in August of the same year, scoring a long-range chip against Arsenal Tivat in a 4–0 victory. In doing so, he became the youngest goal-scorer in Budućnost's history, and the second-youngest in Montenegrin top-tier league, behind Ilija Vukotić. Nikšić
Nikšić (Cyrillic script, Cyrillic: Никшић, ), is the second largest city in Montenegro, with a total population of 32,046 (2023 census) located in the west of the country, in the centre of the spacious Nikšić field at the foot of Trebjesa Hill. 2022–23 Montenegrin First League
The 2022–23 Montenegrin First League was the 17th season of the first tier association football in the country of Montenegro. The season began on 23 July 2022 and ended on 25 May 2023. The winners of the league qualified for a place in the 2023–24 UEFA Champions League. Sutjeska were the defending champions having won the league in the previous season. Teams FK Podgorica (relegated after three years in the top flight) and Zeta (never relegated from the top flight)(relegated after sixteen years in the top flight) were relegated after finishing tenth in the previous season. Andrija Bulatović (born 27 December 2006) is a Montenegrin professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Montenegrin First League club Budućnost Podgorica on loan from French side Lens and the Montenegro national team. Club career Prior to joining FK Budućnost Podgorica on 1 July 2024, Bulatović played for FK Berane, FK Kom and FK Rudar Pljevlja. The UEFA Nations League is an international European football competition played by the senior men's national teams of the member associations of UEFA, the sport's European governing body. The competition was devised to minimise friendlies and give nations competitive encounters with equally ranked teams. Teams from all the European associations compete in a league structure featuring promotion and relegation. Robert Prosinečki
Robert Prosinečki (; born 12 January 1969) is a professional football manager and former player who played as a midfielder. Born in West Germany, he internationally represented Yugoslavia and later Croatia. He is the current manager of the Montenegro national team. Early in his career, he was part of the Red Star Belgrade team that won three Yugoslav First League titles and the European Cup in 1991. Prosinečki spent several years in Spain with rivals Real Madrid and Barcelona, as well as Oviedo and Sevilla.
