Varga () is a village () in Hegyhát District, northern Baranya County, in the Southern Transdanubia region of Hungary. Its population at the 2011 census was 101. It is known for the leather factory that was owned by the family of the same name. Geography The village is located at 46° 14′ 52.79″ N, 18° 8′ 33,32″ E. Its area is . It is part of the Southern Transdanubia statistical region, and administratively it falls under Baranya County and then Hegyhát District. It lies east of the town of Sásd. The term Varga (Sanskrit ', 'set, division') in Indian astrology ( Jyotisha) refers to the division of a zodiacal sign (''rāśi'') into parts. Varga is a Canadian metal band that was formed in 1985. "Freeze Don't Move" and "Greed", from their ''Prototype'' album, were minor hits on MuchMusic throughout 1993. Dan Fila and Sean Williamson were later members of Hypodust, an industrial metal band hailing from Hamilton, Ontario. In 2012 Varga reformed, going back to their progressive metal roots, and released two new full-length albums, Enter The Metal (2013) and Return of the Metal (2014). Joaquin Alberto Vargas y Chávez (9 February 1896 – 30 December 1982) was a Peruvian-American painter of pin-up girls. He is often considered one of the most famous of the pin-up artists, and as one of the pioneers of airbrush art. The Varga 2150 Kachina is an American all-metal, low-wing, fixed-gear, two-seat light aircraft fitted with a tricycle undercarriage. Design In 1948, American aircraft test pilot/aircraft designer W.J. Morrisey produced a wood-and-fabric light aircraft, the 1000C (Nifty). In 1958 he reworked that basic design, giving it an all-metal structure and increased power. The aircraft is a cantilever low-wing monoplane with plain ailerons and two-position trailing-edge flaps, conventional empennage, fixed nosewheel landing gear, and tandem seating.
