Vaqueros De Montería
The Vaqueros de Montería (; ''Montería Cowboys'') are a baseball team in the Colombian Professional Baseball League (LPB), playing in the Caribbean city of Montería, Córdoba. The modern incarnation of the team was founded in 2019 and won the league championship in its inaugural season; it was also the first Colombian team to be invited to the Caribbean Series. Vaqueros also won the LPB championship in the 2022–23 season, defeating Tigres de Cartagena. Montería () is a municipality and city located in northern Colombia and the capital of the Departments of Colombia, Department of Córdoba Department, Córdoba. Dilson José Herrera García (born March 3, 1994) is a Colombian professional baseball second baseman who is a free agent. He has previously played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the New York Mets, Cincinnati Reds, and Baltimore Orioles. Reynaldo A. Rodriguez Corrales (born July 2, 1986) is a Colombian professional baseball first baseman and outfielder for the Guerreros de Oaxaca of the Mexican League. 2023 Caribbean Series
The 2023 Caribbean Series was the 65th edition of the Caribbean Series, played at La Rinconada Baseball Stadium in Caracas and Jorge Luis García Carneiro Stadium in La Guaira, Venezuela from February 2 to February 10, 2023.
