Vanja Plisnić
Vanja Plisnić ( sr-cyr, Вања Плиснић; born July 28, 1980) is a Serbian former professional basketball player. He is a 2,05 m tall Power forward (basketball), power forward. With KK FMP (1991–2011), FMP Železnik Plisnić won the 2003 Kup Radivoja Koraća, Serbia & Montenegro National Cup and the 2004 Liga ABA, Adriatic League. He has been member of the Yugoslav Under-20 National Team, played at the 2000 FIBA Europe Under-20 Championship, European Under-20 Championship. He was member of the Serbia & Montenegro University National Team, won the gold medal at the Basketball at the 2003 Summer Universiade, 2003 Summer Universiade and bronze medal at the Basketball at the 2005 Summer Universiade, 2005 Summer Universiade . Zenica
Zenica ( ; ) is a city in Bosnia and Herzegovina and an administrative and economic center of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina's Zenica-Doboj Canton. It is located in the Bosna (river), Bosna river valley, about north of Sarajevo. The city is known for its Ironworks Zenica factory but also as a significant University of Zenica, university center. The FIBA U20 EuroBasket is the new name for the FIBA U20 European Championship, originally known as the European Championship for Men '22 and Under'. It is a men's youth basketball competition that was inaugurated with the 1992 edition. Through the 2004 edition, it was held biennially, but since the 2005 edition, it is held every year. The tournament was originally an Under-22 age tournament, but it is now an Under-20 age tournament. The current champions are France. Starting with the 2005 B edition, a Division B tournament, which is the secondary level of the European Under-20 Basketball Championship, is also organized. The ABA League, renamed the ABA League First Division in 2017, is the top-tier regional men's professional basketball league that originally featured clubs from former Yugoslavia (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia and Slovenia).
