Valentin Năstase
Vasile Valentin Năstase (born 4 October 1974) is a former Romanian professional footballer who played as a defender. Career In 2002, he was signed by Venezia, but owner of Venezia, Maurizio Zamparini transferred most of the team players to his new owned club U.S. Città di Palermo. In 2004, Palermo exchanged Năstase to Bologna for Cristian Zaccardo. After a spell with Ascoli, Năstase returned to Romania in 2007, joining Dinamo Bucharest. However, he left the club after two months, having been made the scapegoat for the club's UEFA Champions League defeat against Lazio. In 2008, he joined the German Regionalliga Nord club Eintracht Braunschweig and on 30 June 2009 released. Supercupa României
The Supercupa României () is a Romanian football (soccer), football championship contested by the winners of the Liga I and the Cupa României. It is usually played at the Arena Națională in Bucharest. The competition started off in 1994 Supercupa României, 1994, with the first edition being won by FCSB, Steaua București. In 2010 Supercupa României, 2010, for the first time in its history, the Supercup was held even though CFR Cluj had been victorious in both the league and the cup in the previous season. The 2000–01 Cupa României was the 63rd edition of Romania's most prestigious football cup competition. The title was won by Dinamo București against Rocar București. Format The competition is an annual knockout tournament. First round proper matches are played on the ground of the lowest ranked team, then from the second round proper the matches are played on a neutral location. If a match is drawn after 90 minutes, the game goes into extra time, where it works golden goal rule. If the match is still tied, the result is decided by penalty kicks. Liga I (; ''First League''), also spelled as Liga 1 and officially known as SuperLiga for sponsorship reasons, is a professional association football league in Romania and the highest level of the Romanian football league system. Contested by 16 clubs, it operates on a system of promotion and relegation from and to Liga II. The teams play 30 matches each in the regular season, before entering the championship play-offs or the relegation play-outs according to their position in the regular table. The Regionalliga Nord () is the fourth tier of the German football league system in the states of Lower Saxony, Schleswig-Holstein, Bremen and Hamburg.
