Business France is a French Government agency created on 1 January 2015 through a merger between UBIFRANCE and the French Agency for International Investment (InvestInFrance). It has the status of a public institution, as well as of an industrial and commercial character under the supervision of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development and the Ministry of Rural Spatial Planning and Development Territory. Business France's Chairman is Pascal Cagni and Director General is Laurent Saint-Martin.
