Urugua-í River

	Urugua-í River The Urugua-í River () is a river in the Misiones Province of Argentina. It is a tributary of the Paraná River. Course The Urugua-í River, also called the Marambas or Grande River, has a length of about , including the reservoir formed by the Urugua-í Dam. Tributaries include the Sarita River, Arroyo de las Cabeceras and Uruzú River. The Urugua-í River flows through the southern part of the Urugua-í Provincial Park in a southeast – northwest direction and is impounded by the Urugua-í Dam to the west of the park. The park was created in part to compensate for the flooding of of the lower Urugua-í River basin caused by construction of the dam. 	Bernardo De Irigoyen, Misiones Bernardo de Irigoyen is a city in the province of Misiones, Argentina. It has 10,889 inhabitants as per the , and is the head town of the General Manuel Belgrano Department. It carries the name of prominent politician and diplomat Bernardo de Irigoyen. Geography Location The city is located in the easternmost point of Argentina, on the border with Brazil, next to Dionísio Cerqueira (state of Santa Catarina) and Barracão (state of Paraná), an important entrance to the country. 	Urugua-í Provincial Park The Urugua-í Provincial Park () is a Provincial park in the Misiones Province in the northeast of Argentina. It protects an area of Alto Paraná Atlantic forests in the upper basin of the Urugua-í River.
