The Unió de Radioaficionats Andorrans (URA) (in English language, English, Andorran Amateur Radio Union) is a national non-profit organization for amateur radio enthusiasts in Andorra. URA operates a QSL card, QSL bureau for those members who regularly communicate with amateur radio operators in other countries. URA represents the interests of Andorran amateur radio operators and shortwave listening, shortwave listeners before Andorran and international telecommunications regulatory authorities. An amateur radio operator is someone who uses equipment at an amateur radio station to engage in two-way personal communications with other amateur operators on radio frequencies assigned to the amateur radio service.
