Universal Music Group México S.A. de C.V. (often referred to as just UMG México) is a Mexican subsidiary of the Universal Music Group founded in 1963. It was founded as Dusa Discos Universales in 1963, undergoing several name changes over the years, first being first acquired by Gramophon-Philips Group ( PolyGram) in 1971. It has been known as Universal Music México since 1999, following PolyGram's merger with UMG through the acquisition of Seagram. María de los Ángeles de las Heras Ortiz (4 October 1944 – 25 March 2006), better known as Rocío Dúrcal (), was a Spanish singer and actress with a career spanning more than four decades. Los Caminantes are a Mexican grupera band from San Francisco del Rincón, Guanajuato. Originally called Los Caminantes Aztecas, the band was formed in San Bernardino County, California, by brothers Agustín, Brígido, Horacio and Bernardo Ramírez in 1976. Decca Records is a British record label established in 1929 by Edward Lewis (Decca), Edward Lewis after his acquisition of a gramophone manufacturer, The Decca Gramophone Company.
