The Units of Battle Hugo Chávez (UBCh) is a collection of organizations with multiple members of PSUV involved that has both military and political characteristics. La Piedrita is a colectivo that is active in Venezuela. It has been described as one of the most violent and influential colectivos in Venezuela. The colectivo has stated that they will defend the Bolivarian revolution "at all costs". History Founding La Piedrita was founded in September 1985 by Carlos Ramírez and Valentín Santana. The colectivo was founded to combat violence in the 23 de Enero neighborhood, with many of Santana's family members joining in the following years. Elías José Jaua Milano (born 16 December 1969) is a Venezuelan politician and former university professor who served as the vice president of Venezuela from January 2010 to October 2012. PSUV
The United Socialist Party of Venezuela (, PSUV, ) is a socialist political party which has been the ruling party of Venezuela since 2007. It was formed from a merger of some of the political and social forces that support the Bolivarian Revolution led by President Hugo Chávez.
