Unearthed (film)
''Unearthed'' is a 2007 American horror film directed by Matthew Leutwyler and starring Emmanuelle Vaugier and Luke Goss. It opened on November 9, 2007 as one of the " 8 Films to Die For" in the After Dark Films Horrorfest. Plot After a sinister crash on the highway in a small New Mexican town, people start disappearing and animals begin dying. The cause of the crash is later revealed to be a 900-year-old creature which was unearthed during an archaeological dig in the area. Meanwhile, a gas station owner informs a group of people that the gas tank never arrived, which meant that the small group needed to spend the night at the gas station. Sheriff Annie is called to investigate the crash, and finds a strange piece of evidence. Annie then takes it to the gas station, where Nodin investigates it. "Unearthed" is a bonus special standalone episode released during the second season of the American science fiction drama television series ''Fringe''. While it serves as the 31st released episode of the series, it was produced during the first season and is recognized by Fox as the 21st episode of ''Fringe'' overall. Despite this, it does not fit into the series' continuity nor is it recognized as the season finale; it was released later due to an accounting error. The episode features a reappearance of Kirk Acevedo as Charlie Francis, whose character was already killed off in the second season premiere. However, Acevedo's character was still alive in the series' continuity when the episode was produced. While the body of a young, recently deceased girl is being harvested of its organs, she suddenly comes back to life yelling classified naval launch codes and Russian phrases, leading the Fringe Division to a recently murdered naval officer. ''Unearthed'' is a box set by American country singer Johnny Cash. It was released by American Recordings on November 25, 2003, two months after Cash's death. The album was compiled by Cash and Rick Rubin, who also produced the set. It was certified Gold on December 2, 2004, by the Recording Industry Association of America. Content The first three discs feature outtakes and alternate versions of songs recorded for '' American Recordings'', '' American II: Unchained'', '' American III: Solitary Man'' and '' American IV: The Man Comes Around''. Unearthed (Crimson Thorn Album)
Crimson Thorn is an American Christian death metal band. According to Allmusic, they are "surely one of the world's most extreme-sounding Christian metal bands". Crimson Thorn has performed at Cornerstone Festival and Sonshine Festival. They have also been featured in HM Magazine. History The band was founded in 1991 by members Luke Renno, Dave Quast, Dylan Paul Jenniges, Paul Jongeward and Miles Sunde. They were almost ready to record their first demo when Dylan left, and Luke took his place on the bass. Their demo was entitled ''Plagued'', and was recorded in 1992 at Blue Moon Studios in Minneapolis. After Quast left, Kevin Sundberg joined as the new drummer, and their style changed from thrash metal to death metal. Triple J
Triple J is an Australian government-funded national radio station founded in 1975 as a division of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC). It aims to appeal to young listeners of alternative music, and plays far more Australian content than commercial networks. The station was set up under the Gough Whitlam government, wanting to extend the appeal of the ABC to young Australians. Initially broadcasting as 2JJ or Double Jay from 19 January 1975, it stood apart from commercial stations with its lack of private advertising and its fringe music programming. Following a transition to FM in 1981, the station rebranded as 2JJJ or Triple J as it expanded regionally throughout the 1990s. Two spin-off digital stations were launched in the early 2010s: Double J aims to appeal to more mature audiences, and Triple J Unearthed plays only unsigned, local musicians.
