The 32nd Intelligence Battalion () is the premier reconnaissance and intelligence gathering unit of the Swedish Army. The battalion possesses units and material to conduct Long-range reconnaissance patrol, long range reconnaissance, sensitive sight exploration (SSE), sabotage and Joint terminal attack controller, control indirect fire as well as close air support (CAS). It also has the main responsibility for all drone operations in the Swedish military. It is organized under the Life Regiment Hussars (K 3) in Karlsborg. Tasks and operations The 32nd Intelligence Battalion is tasked with various reconnaissance and intelligence gathering operations. Regimental Reconnaissance Company
The Regimental Reconnaissance Company (RRC) of the 75th Ranger Regiment (formerly known as Regimental Reconnaissance Detachment, or RRD) is an elite special reconnaissance unit that has been a member of Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) since 2005. The unit became part of JSOC due to its extensive training in special reconnaissance and close target reconnaissance (CTR) operations, and advanced force operations (AFO). The FSLK200 (''Fernspählehrkompanie 200'') was a special operations capable forces unit specialized special reconnaissance of the German Armed Forces (''Bundeswehr''). It has also been described as a deep reconnaissance company. ''Fernspäher'' is an old term for elite reconnaissance troopers, relating to the word ''fern'' (long range, distance) and the word ''Späher'' (scout). 13th Parachute Dragoon Regiment
The 13e Régiment de Dragons Parachutistes () or 13e RDP is a special reconnaissance unit of the French Army. It belongs to the French Army Special Forces Command, and therefore to the Special Operations Command (France), Special Operations Command. The regiment is based in Martignas-sur-Jalle.
