''Undergrads'' (stylized as ''underGRADS'') is an adult animated sitcom centered on the lives of four college undergraduate freshmen. Originally broadcast on MTV in 2001, only 13 episodes were created. It has since been shown on Teletoon's Adult Block in Canada, and Trouble in the United Kingdom. History The show was created by Pete Williams, who dropped out of New York University at the age of 19 during his sophomore year to work on the show in 1997 after winning an MTV animation contest. Williams performs most of the voices on the show. The series was produced by David McGrath. Unsuccessful revival and ''Undergrads: The Movie'' After an unsuccessful revival attempt in 2004, Williams in 2018 announced a Kickstarter campaign for funding a feature-length series finale called ''Undergrads: The Movie''. Robert Tinkler
Robert Tinkler is a Canadian voice actor who provides voices for a number of cartoons and anime shows. He voiced Max in '' The Adventures of Sam & Max: Freelance Police'', Delete in the children's animated series ''Cyberchase'', Pelswick Eggert in Pelswick, and Howie in '' Almost Naked Animals''. Edward Glenn
Edward Glen, sometimes credited as Eddie Glen, is a Canadian actor. He has appeared in and provided voices in films, television shows and video games. He is best known for voicing Thomas the Tank Engine in the 2000 film ''Thomas and the Magic Railroad''. Since 1998, he has been the voiceover of YTV. MTV Animation is an American animation studio and the animation department of the television network MTV. The department's parent company is MTV Entertainment Studios, which is owned by Paramount Global. Teletoon At Night
Teletoon at Night was a late night programming block that aired on Teletoon. It primarily carried adult animation and other programming targeting teen and adult audiences. Teletoon had carried programming targeting teen and adult audiences during the prime time and late night hours since its inception. The channel eventually established formal brands for such programming—The Detour on Teletoon and Teletoon Unleashed—in 2001 and 2002; by 2004, the "Unleashed" block was dropped. Teletoon at Night was similar in format to the Adult Swim block of Cartoon Network, from which the block acquired most of its programming. A Canadian version of Adult Swim was launched as the late night block of the newly-launched Canadian Cartoon Network channel in 2012. WildBrain Studios is the in-house television studio arm of Canadian entertainment company WildBrain based in Vancouver, British Columbia, which was established in 2016 as DHX Studios. History In January 2016, DHX Media announced that they would be building a 60,000 square-foot studio in Vancouver, British Columbia, that would focus on both animated and live-action productions. A resident assistant (RA), also known by a variety of other names, is a trained peer leader who coordinates activities in residence halls in colleges and universities, mental health and substance abuse residential facilities, or similar establishments.
