José Ulises Solís Pérez (born 28 August 1981) is a Mexican former professional boxer who competed from 2000 to 2013. Sanabria is known for development of mechanical televisions and early terrestrial television broadcasts. Career Sanabria was the builder and engineer of WCFL, the first mechanical television station which went on the air in Chicago on June 12, 1928. By sending the sound signal to station WIBO and the video signal on WCFL, he was the first to transmit sound and picture simultaneously on the same wave band on May 19, 1929. Fabián Ulises Ramos Espínola (4 November 1919 – 13 August 2002) was a Chilean footballer and manager. Club career Ramos was born in Tocopilla in 1919 to a middle-class family.
